Now, let's bring our attention to our bodies.
Feel the contact of your body with the surface beneath you.
Notice any areas of tension or discomfort.
As we inhale, imagine breathing in a soothing, healing energy that flows through your body, releasing any tension or pain.
As we exhale, visualize any negative emotions leaving your body, making space for tranquility and peace.
Imagine yourself in a serene garden, surrounded by nature's beauty.
Picture vibrant flowers, gentle sunlight, and a peaceful stream.
As you walk through this garden, feel a sense of serenity and tranquility washing over you.
With each step, you leave behind any worries or fears.
Your mind is clear, and your body is relaxed.
Now, let's tap into the strength within us.
Visualize a powerful beam of light shining down upon you, filling you with courage and resilience.
As this light flows through your body, it energizes every cell, bringing forth a sense of empowerment and healing.
